Important to not: Samaritans are of the ten tribes abiding in the Northern Kingdom of Israel. The well Jesus and the Samaritan woman are by is Jacobs Well, which he left for his descendants.
The Jews are the Edomites who occupied Judah (southern kingdom, two tribes, Judah and Benjamin, taken into Babylonian captivity 568BC), after the Israelites taken out, who hate the Israelites and are Biblically described as Israels ADVERSARY, also called Satan, Amalek, Edom, the descendants of Esau.
The Jews openly call Jesus a Samaritan, meaning an Israelite, as they differentiate themselves from the Israelites.
When Jesus says Salvation is of the Jews, he's predicting they will sacrifice the Lamb of Salvation.
