Absolutely. But I would go further and predict that in this coming war they're working so hard at getting started, that fully 25% of the earths population will die as a result.
This has nothing to do with who sits in White House or who controls congress. they can concoct whatever cover story, assassinate whatever Arch Duke, but they both need and want a war, one that resets the game board.
I'm sure it'll be great.
