Special Treatment always leads to the reverse discrimination. Anyone stupid enough to think the legislation is a good idea is an idiot. Someone will challenge it on first amendment basis as well as separation of church and state. This only leads to worse real world conflict. Pogroms always begin with exclusive laws.
