COURT RULES $25-MILLION DEFAMATION CASE AGAINST ADL CAN MOVE FORWARD

John Sabal, known as 'QAnon John,' can proceed with his libel lawsuit against the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).

The court found that the ADL's publications could be seen as factual assertions rather than opinions, particularly concerning claims that Sabal promoted antisemitic beliefs and was involved in extremist activities.

This is a big ruling because ADL has often hidden behind the label of "opinion" in its campaigns.
