A witness who saw a crazed cannibal chewing the flesh of a man’s face in Las Vegas made a harrowing 911 call asking for police to intervene.

Colin Czech, 29, is accused of eating Kenneth Brown’s ear and eyeball after bashing him to death in a 7-Eleven car park on April 28.

He has been charged with murder after police allegedly found him covered in blood and kneeling above the man's mutilated head.
