You think Liberty is a law? Kek

That flag didn't give me Liberty. The Constitution didn't give me Liberty. You clearly do not understand what that flag stands for. That flag stands for liberty, including the liberty to burn that flag.

So I'll ask again, why do you hate Liberty and what America stands for?

What you speak of isn't liberty. Many claim to love liberty but they don't, they hate it. What they love is tyranny masquerading as liberty. If they agree with it, everyone should be "free" to do it. If they disagree with it, it should be illegal, and even if it's not you should still be punished.

You obviously are the latter.

Kek no I've never burned a flag. I believe in that flag and WHAT IT STANDS FOR, which is LIBERTY. Burning the flag is free speech/expression, which is a GOD GIVEN right, protected by the US Constitution. It's a freedom the American flag stands for.

You're using the symbolism to attack Liberty.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989), is a landmark decision by the Supreme Court of the United States in which the Court held, 5โ€“4, that burning the Flag of the United States was protected speech under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as doing so counts as symbolic speech and political speech.

>How is speech and burning a flag the same

thing?

I'm glad you finally agree. Now what part of free speech do you not understand? If someone walks up to you and says they hate this country and everything it stands for, is that not their free speech?

What? Nah they're not information gathering. They just want your name, address, phone number, email, social security, list of known allergies, list of your greatest fears, blood, stool, saliva, urine and semen samples.
