I've been following this account for some time (before they were BF, they were @UK_Revolution17). They claim to have access to British intelligence sources (and channels into US intelligence). They previously predicted (within about an hour) Q's return after their previous hiatus.
They also claim to be founders/leader of new political party that will emerge following POTUS visit this week.
