(Zero Hedge)—What’s not widely known is that Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ grandfather, Lawrence Preston Gise, helped form the Pentagon’s supersecret Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA—renamed DARPA) in 1958. Years later, DARPA developed the internet and spurred breakthroughs in high-speed networking, voice recognition, and internet search.

One year before Gise died in 1995, Bezos founded Amazon in the garage of his Bellevue, Washington home.

Or so we’re told…

John Greenewald Jr., who operates The Black Vault, a website dedicated to revealing declassified government documents through obtaining Freedom of Information Act requests, posted on X that he went after Gise’s “FBI file, but found out if there was one, it has been destroyed.”

News website Leading Report’s Patrick Webb commented on Greenewald’s findings, saying, “There has long been speculation that DARPA has been involved in the creation of many popular big tech companies, using “frontmen” for the allusion of a startup led by outsiders.”

Legal documents obtained by Valiant News accuse the controversial Wall Street investment bank Goldman Sachs of both holding anti-Christian and anti-MAGA biases and discrimination which led to the 2016 firing of the bank’s only employee to donate to the 2016 presidential campaign of former President Donald Trump.

A lawsuit prepared against Goldman Sachs shows the bank’s former Associate, Luke David Thorburn-Calcino, was preparing to sue after he was fired in 2016 following news articles about his support for Trump’s presidential campaign and alleged links to a website that advocated for America First policies and Christianity.

Valiant News has learned that Goldman Sachs ultimately settled with the fired ex-employee and alleged discrimination victim for a six-figure sum in a move that could be interpreted as an admission of wrongdoing.

While the former Goldman Sachs employee was terminated following the discovery of his donations to the Trump campaign, his alleged ties to an online Christian store reportedly run by his then-girlfriend were raised as concerns by the bank.

While legally classified as a donation, Thorburn-Calcino actually purchased $534.58 worth of “Make America Great Again” hats from the Trump campaign’s web store. Some of the merchandise, Valiant News learned, was apparently used for a Goldman Sachs team event.

Despite outrage from pro-choice advocates over abortion bans in some states following the Supreme Court ruling that determined the Constitution doesn't contain a right to abortion, the U.S. remains one of only eight countries that still allow abortion up to birth.

The Charlotte Lozier Institute, the research arm of the pro-life advocacy group Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, released a report last week titled “Gestational Limits on Abortion in the United States Compared to International Norms.” The report, an update of findings previously published in 2014, lists the U.S. as one of just eight nations that permit abortions well into the latter stages of pregnancy.

“Of 193 [United Nations] countries, The United States is one of eight countries that allows, at the federal level, abortion on demand without any gestational limits along with Australia, Canada, China, Guinea-Bissau, Mexico, South Korea, and Vietnam,” the report stated. An additional seven countries allow abortions beyond 15 weeks gestation, but all of them prohibit abortions in the third trimester of pregnancy or earlier: France, Sweden, New Zealand, Iceland, the Netherlands, Colombia and Singapore.
