there is a court case going on in Oregon this morning.

the basic deal has to do with minor political parties in oregon, which seem to only exist to distract people from the major parties on certain issues etc., some even endorse the major party candidates as happened last election (2022?)

if The People use the Oregon minor party route, that is covered under the Oregon statutes for non profit organizations, and The People see that the minor party apparatus is ignoring The Will Of The People, what remedy exists? If the Oregon SOS rejects any complaints, then claims that all points are moot after 60 days because of the APA administrative procedures act, how do The People ever get any remedy?
