These CMEs are electromagnetic-waves, no? So if you have an old microwave oven, would that protect cellphones and such, if you put that into the oven during CMEs hitting Earth?
If yes, would the microwave-oven need to be turned on, or would the protection be in the fabric?
If anons have old oven and two cellphones, try testing, calling a phone in the oven.
