Dr/Prof Don Scott gave me that concept. The Earth/Atmosphere behave as a 'self repairing' capacitor… as a whole. However, yes anon… there are many more electronic-like components going on in the Total circuit, and all the components are constantly changing their state. Dr Scott was referring to the general balance that results. X amount of power input and X amount goes back out… lots of wind and waves and volcano… and back to calm again
