I need you to setup surveillance at both ends of my street at car level. We constantly see that the East and Western neighbors are sitting in their cars for long periods of time and leave as soon as they detect us. One even had their windows covered for days. This is a pattern. My wife claims to have seen flashes in the house a number of times, and there is definitely radiation and microwaves being deployed. If there is also some way to look into their cars internally or device wise or see if they are using hand held devices, because I think they have help detecting aerial surveillance. ThankQ.
