Against the orders of my supes, I’m going to post what I was explicitly told not to. Fuck em.

The CME solar activity is set to make all air travel impossible. Without the ability to track locations, we won’t be able to make accurate flight paths. Simple as that.

Secondly, we have been told not to tell people that the grid simply won’t be able to take the energy. If our crafts can’t take more than the St-Dev, and our backups can only do sub-250, we are anticipating a serious issue with completely blown grids.

What I get from this info is that;

Air flight will be impossible for the next two days starting tomorrow. Not analog flight of course, just digitally assisted flights, which is nearly all of them.

Our grid can’t hold the energy excess and will blow. This will make electricity unobtainable for a long time. It will come back online when techs and engineers can physically replace blown components.

This doesn’t just apply to power grids for municipalities but smaller electronics as well.

Before anyone asks, I’m not even in the northern hemisphere and we’re preparing for massive issues.

Generators are being placed into makeshift faraday cages to prevent their internal components from frying so we can use them later.
