January 13 – All Nippon Airways – 737-800 – takeoff cancelled after windshield in cockpit cracked

 

January 18 – Atlas Air – 747-8 – grounded after crew detected an engine failure

 

January 20 – Delta Airlines – 757 – front nose wheel fell off and rolled away when taxiing

 

February 6 – United Airlines – 737-8 – rubber pedals stuck when landing

 

March 7 – United Airlines – 777-200 – reroute after takeoff cause one of its wheels fell off
