Who can give an authoritative motivation for locals, medical and other officials to do something unseemly to someone without legal cause?
What would cause an individual to harass someone or strangers to unite to do an official action or groups to place RF emitters around an individual?
Being late to the game causes the faster talkers and the gossipers to fill the void with disinformation.
Always staying on the high road keeps you out of their net.

There are some that are corrupt.
Most, however, are manipulated.

Ie. "We are conducting a military intervention, this is a possible terrorist, we need you to sign these secrecy documents." <shows official looking uniforms>
Ie. "We are filming a movie and have permits for this, have fun with it, he's in on it, you just have to call him a name every time he goes by. <shows official looking permits, wears movie set things.>"
Ie. "We are the super police and outrank you, you need to arrest this person and install this on the persons electronics or in their house or nearby. <shows realistic uniform and realistic paperwork provides realistic authorization number>"
Some have taken that side but most are simply misinformed.
Destroying the Mockingbird is not just stopping the mechanisms for delivery, it is also countering every effect of it where possible.
They have deployed against me, also, it is almost all force multiplication using deception and division.

They use technology and manipulation.
