You are talking to programmer. When you do tests over large datasets you can come up with new insights that you never expected. It can show many things including how the bridge was taken out. Less data or information is never a good thing and the opportunity of resources would cost billions to test otherwise. We know it was an inside job based upon all criteria that I mentioned and others but there is an official narrative that can be put to the test.
