Can someone file a motion to intervene for me so I can dismiss Perkins Coie from existence for operating as a FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (ISRAEL, CCP, GCHQ and UKRAINE), engaged in wide-scale sedition, election fraud and child trafficking?
God, somebody please just tag me in.๐๐ผ

Democrat Super-Lawyers Perkins Coie file MOTION TO INTERVENE in Trump's election integrity case.
Trump and the RNC are suing the Nevada Sec. of State, et. al. to stop them from counting the state's mail-in ballots after Election Day.
"Plaintiffsโ claims rest on the assertion that Nevadaโs Ballot Receipt Deadline conflicts with the Federal Election Day Statutes."
"Their lawsuit boils down to two flawed assertions: (1) a ballot is not lawfully cast until it is received by election officials and (2) by accepting mail-in ballots up to four days after election day, Nevada law allows a ballot to be 'cast' after election day."
"Therefore, Plaintiffs argue, the Ballot Receipt Deadline violates the Federal Election Day Statutes."
The DNC is seeking the judge's permission for Perkins Coie to join the lawsuit as part of its proposed Motion to Dismiss.

I'll look, as I refuse to pay Comrade Mike, either. The DTCC ruling on nonono BTC use as collateral has messed up some of the traditional mkts (Cocoa, fer one). I usually rely on the kindness of Not Strangers (ex-clients still in the biz) for short interest lists.
Kitty has all the hallmarks of a pump n dump for bots, nitro fueled by momo normies, at least from my seat.
That also might be prop data as these ETFs are designed for block trading by deeper pockets, and are retailed to provide a cheap "other side" to the desired trade, if you get my drift.
Has enuf pomp for a LaFayette to be front and centre.
It looks like a artist's rendering of a formal "presenting of credentials" picture. Could be Continental Army image, as flag is too blurry for this Anon. That's why the formality of a court guard in parade dress receiving a high officer looks appropriate for the image. Definitely period, and the receiving army, on the right, is definitely NOT flying the Union Jack. Give me that flag ID, and I can get you close.
Bedminster painting.
Horse head popping in and out behind bosses head look "flaggy" at first glance. After proper covfefe dosing, looked up Bedminster interiors and found the pic. Notaflag, horse head, and it wasn't in between the sheets.

The more important piece is the "Cost To Borrow" column. Who's lending, and at what rate?
Report to FINRA is "voluntary" on "Dark Pools", bring your own salt, that are prop and kept dark fer sales purposes. If you gotta go dere to get yer trade done, prepare your own ass with the needed lube, as you will enjoy no aspect of that cost of doing bizness to get that trade-that-must-be-done. The sand is free though.
Worse, as BTC has NO regulatory burden governing ANY level of collateral when trading it, even though legally defined as a commodity. CFTC has yet to lay out collateral minimums for the exchanges, so self-regulatin' exchanges leave it up to their members. Very Wild West.
Danks, Anon! Great grab of the auction info.

Well, well, well, more separation of wheat from Chaff as Total War finally hits Hamas where it hurts and all economic assets become scarce. The wedge between once brainwashed Gazan civilians and the gang known as Hamas will only grow from here.
Criminal gangs, profiteers thrive in Gaza as cash shortage worsens misery

CAIRO/GENEVA/BERLIN (Reuters) - A shortage of banknotes is gripping Gaza, fuelling criminal gangs and profiteering, after Israel has blocked imports of cash and most banks in the enclave have been damaged or destroyed during the war, according to residents, aid workers and banking sources.
After more than 7 months of Israeli bombardment, just a handful of ATMs remain operational in the strip, most of the them in the southern city of Rafah, where some 1.4 million Palestinians are sheltering. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has ordered civilians to evacuate parts of the southern city, sparking fears of a looming offensive. Its tanks entered residential districts there on Tuesday.
Supplies of basic goods had returned to some markets in April and early May for the first time in months after Israel ceded to international pressure to let in more aid trucks amid famine warnings.
But residents and aid workers say that many people haven't had the cash to purchase them. Now residents say Israel's offensive in Rafah has dried up supplies again and stoked prices.
Hundreds, sometimes thousands, of desperate people crowd outside ATMs, often waiting days for access. Armed gangs sometimes demand a fee to provide priority access, exploiting the absence of Palestinian police, three Western aid workers and seven residents told Reuters.

Should it be spliced or cross-pollinated is the better questionโฆ.
If yer using a margin account, that door will be kept shut fer you. Cost to borrow will be too high, and your past tradin' habits will be visible to the trading "help" desk, a k a "Risk Managers" for Schwab, where you even having an account is the risk. No different at just about any shop. Schwab is just very good at preventing you from blowing yerself up with stupid ideas.
If yer already long them, of course not. If you're initiating a short, you have to borrow the shares, foist, THEN sell the borrowed shares. Otherwise it's Naked Shorting, a big nononono unless your Jane Street, Citadel or Virt, the exchanges biggest customers. In stonks, for normies, shorting a stock is really called "Shorting Against the box", where the borrowed, or owned shares are set inside a "box" for safe keeping, and the sale can go through. short is completed when bought back and redelivered to the account.
Where it gets stupid is when the Short is SO popular on The Street that the overnight cost to borrow the shares goes right past your credit limit into stratospheric rates for those that have so much cash on hand they can afford ANY overnight costs. That's a club you ain't in and to let you in without that dough becomes the stupid part. Not happening, ever.
That halt was for exchanges inability to keep up with the electronic oda flow. HFT volume was flooding their systems and trades weren't getting matched to the satisfaction of the HFts, I would imagine. That's who called for the halt. In commodities, it used to be called a "Fast Market" and prices were "not held" because of natural distortions in pit pricing when it got that busy. Same thing in electronic trading, but there's NO "Fast Market" button for regulators to push, so the halt it, and let the mismatched orders self-sort before re-opening.

Top doctor, 57, reveals he is cancer-free a year after undergoing world-first treatment based on his own breakthrough research to beat 'worst of the worst' brain tumour
An Australian doctor has revealed he has been cancer-free for a year after undergoing a world-first treatment based on his own breakthrough research.
Professor Richard Scolyer was diagnosed with 'incurable' grade 4 brain cancer after becoming ill in Poland last year.
This 'worst of the worst' type of cancer, known as glioblastoma, is so aggressive that most patients survive less than a year.
The 57-year-old underwent an experimental therapy based on his own research on melanoma, a type of cancer that starts in the skin.
