I shall call this Revenge of the Chia Seeds.
I had a chia seed phase…and yeah…interdasting to say the least. Of course, later I found out they are loaded with oxalates, so in my healthy food kick, I was actually doing terrible damage to my health. Que sera sera.

I was using a 1/4c, 3-4x day. Using it to thicken protein shakes. 99% of people are probably WAY below this. I don't have many people in my world (thanks to my Anoning), but when 2 used the word oxalates independently of one another, I figured it was a God-ogram. So, I gave myself what will likely be a life sentence of secondary oxalosis as the clearance rate is so low compared to how much I consumed. Humans can clear about 100mg/d tops. I was consuming grams daily for years. Should've ben ded. Getting better, but now I have these painful, sharp oxalate crystals in all my tissues and it sucks like the plague.
Beat's me. Sunspot AR3664 has been one for the books. It may actually be slightly behind the limb, so it's a good thing that its rotating to the farside, a few days ago and who knows.

Why hasn't the X8.7 flare died down…well, the departing sunspot (AR3664) that made the X8.7 was saluted by an incoming sunspot (AR3682) group producing an M4.4 that is more explosive than impulsive, so almost certainly producing a CME.

Well known to me. I was not disagreeing, just expanding and clarifying.
So, just to be clear, an Israeli 3-star can summon the presence of an American 4-star. Protocol should've been another 4-star or above making an invitation.
This is what the occupier does to humiliate the occupied. They have the senior officer of the occupied subject to a junior officer of the occupier. History is full of examples, now we have one more.
