In the beginning there was Hot Wheels, who had an idea to start an imageboard in the style of 2chan but with modifications for free speech.

Ron is a coder, a writer of code who helped Hot Wheels create this board (8ch.net) as you see it today.

>if his trip was hacked as another anon mentioned,

It was a while back and CM upped the security level by adding a ### level tripcode

three levels of security for tripcodes

# is the 1st level and shows with a TC starting with a single ! (think simple 3 number combo bikelock)

## is next and is more secure it shows with a TC with two !! (think biometrics level security)

### is the most secure and is thought to be hack proof at this point and shows with a triple !!!

>Truth going viral leads to public awakening.

This anon gets it!

This board is not vital, it can be reeplaced.

If it were truly comp'd Q will move.

The activity here by true autists is slowed somewhat by the bullshit but it is NOT stopped

At this point I'm not sure any power on earth could stop this

The truth is like a lion. You don't have to defend it. Let it loose. It will defend itself.

>he has yet to answer the very simple question "have we been attacked"

OK, I'll walk your concernfag ass through this

  1. if you have a problem do you tell the enemy?

  2. if the problem is a result of a 'hack' do you tell the enemy?

  3. if you have been 'attacked' and it caused a system component to break down do you tell the enemy?

No, you figure out what happened, if it was hardware failure, software bug, or attack. You find fix, you test fix, you implement fix.

THEN you announce that it's fixed and possibly explain what happened.

ONLY after you are done working on it

does that make sense?

Why on earth would you give your enemies more information than they can figure out on their own?

>It's also fucking hillarious how the board was overrun with those types during (((AFLB)))

not so hillarious

I'm fairly convinced that it was responsible for a great deal of bread fuckery via backchannel comms with other anons who volunteered as 'novice bakers'

and other shenanigans
