Homosexuality is a sexual perversion whether you are religious or not.
So is bestiality.
Just like lying, cheating, stealing, and murdering are wrong whether you are religious or not.
There are laws for a reason outside of religion.
There are laws so that society runs smoothly.
Homosexuality throws a monkey wrench into the fabric of society running smoothly.
We are seeing this first hand with all of the homos coming out of their closets and parading their perversions down the streets.
Marriage of men to women is not necessarily a religious thing. It is something that has been instituted in every culture since the dawn of humanity for a reason. It works for the benefit of society.
Nothing about homosexuality works for the benefit of society. It is a selfish endeavor.
