Do you believe coincidences? God woke me up for a reason because sometimes Logical thinking is Flashed by the Divine. As I lay in a waking state, I was reflecting on that poor old man who was bike riding and hit by a car where an on scene cop instigated an unlawful stop, situation, that led to him slamming the man on his head causing the man to hemorrhage which eventually led to his untimely death. The cop in his defense claimed to have seen the man acting erratically earlier in the day, and at the scene stated that he suspected the man to be publicly intoxicated. From that time to over a day in police custody they never tested him for alcohol. Why would they not test him knowing they stated it on his police report to another cop? Because they couldn't prove it and all the cops knew that, that is why. I assert that this old man was actually being targeted by them and other local DS cronies throughout the day with frequency weapons at least and maybe other types. There is a high probability that the driver who hit him, purposely bumped him too, knowing the cops would be on scene shortly. After all, if you watch the video again, how fast could he be going in the lot to hit such a slow large moving target as such. They never got the man medical attention too, again on purpose, knowing he was slammed head first into the concrete. Consider that irradic behavior is most likely coming from a target being treated as a closed circuit electrical unit where one would fray or severe part of that wire or circuit in order to introduce new remote signals into the entity. If you surge more energy than the entity has, which in this case is a human with low electrical impulses, then you can introduce all types of more dominant signals into that subject. You could cause more dominant impulsive thoughts, erratic movements, discombobulation, dizziness, miscalculations in perception, and many more attacks on the subject. This is why many of these smaller low level sustained attacks with energy and chemical attacks are occurring, to severe the line by creating pain points that they can triggered on demand. As soon as a pain point it triggered, it is a nerve ending becoming activated to send and recieve signals thereby opening that pathways to other nefarious signals designed to take down a targeted individual. As someone who cared for a lot of people who suffered, it now comes into perspective their actions, ailments, and attitudes as a the result of being targeted by these people using this tactic.
