>The 10 Tribes of Israel 'disappeared'
Where was the tribe of Benjamin in the 2nd temple period?
Some later individual claimed to be Benjamites.
Interesting tribe.
> not everyone named Benjamin
I´m referring to Josephus Flavius and others, if I remember correctly, that claimed to be Benjamites.
>The 14th-century carving
>King Arthur
Not sure how much historical value is in this, regarding ancient Israel.
What about the 2nd temple period? Benjamites were not one of the 10 lost tribes. They were not Jews. Where were they then?
>Things make a lot more sense if you read the Bible when you're older.
kek
I was just wondering where the Benjamites were located during that period.

So the tribes in Babylon never came back to Israel?
What about the Galileans? Who were they? Jews/Edomites?
Thanks. I´ll look this all up.
Also, anyone researching this stuff should be aware of interesting theorie of Ralph Ellis. Basically, much/all of 1st temple period in Bible part-fictional. See video.
> Others theories and misinterpretations aren't interesting.
You´ll probably not like his theory then, kek
I don´t think the Bible is historically flawless. It´s an interesting theory.
>In more recent times
I sometimes listen through Walter Veith´s 'total onslaught' lectures.
Ralph Ellis more a historian, claiming that the Biblestories of 1st temple period actually happened in Egypt. He specifically talks about the Hyksos kings.
It´s a mind bending theory, but only about history.
I don´t agree with everything he says, but much.
