I think Mueller was threatened when he became FBI Director (or was forced to be Director) and told to keep his mouth shut about what he discovered regarding 9/11.
Fast-forward to now after Trump becomes POTUS, the world is changing, patriots are back in charge, and Trump brings Mueller in to run a "witch hunt" to uncover all crimes committed by those in HRCs and Hussein's circles, including Podesta and company, under the guise of investigating POTUS (who we know is not being charged with any crimes and has been told 3 times he is not the target of the investigation).
