One more reason to End the Fed.
Today, SCOTUS held 7:2 that Congress uniquely authorized the CFPB to draw its funding directly from the Federal Reserve System, therefore allowing it to bypass the usual funding mechanisms laid out in the Appropriations Clause of the Constitution.

Since the earliest days of our Republic, Congress’ “power over the purse” has been its most “complete and effectual weapon” to ensure that the other branches do not exceed or abuse its authority.
