John Williams: The Plan to Seize 100 Million Homes Worldwide is a Massive Wealth Transfer

John WIlliams explained how over 100 million homes will be lost by property owners to banks over the next five years. China is considering a plan for local governments nationwide to buy millions of unsold homes from distressed developers. Williams said that the US will be subject to the same formula that is playing out in the UK. Lloyd’s Bank plans to buy 50,000 homes to become one of UK’s largest landlords. Banks are competing with homebuyers, so there will be less money to lend to homebuyers. On top of this, home insurance premiums and property tax are increasing. Homes will be required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to meet energy efficiency standards.

If prices fell to the real value of homes in the US, taxes would crash. Both insurance and property tax are on the rise, forcing older Americans to take on debt, leaving them vulnerable to unexpected expenses. WIlliams said that within the next few years, there will be an affordability crisis and tens of millions of Americans will lose their properties. Williams recommends buying property without a mortgage, if possible. He also recommended building a business and strong cash reserves to self-insure property and pauy out of pocket instead of carrying an insurance policy.

California’s ‘Secret’ 50-Cent Gas Tax Hike to Combat Phony Global Warming

Last September, the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the state’s primary environmental regulator, reported gas prices will rise next year by about 50 cents a gallon and every year thereafter to aid in clean air efforts. Gasoline price increases are predicted due to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard reforms that were created in 2007, likely rising by 47 cents next year and 52 cents by 2026. Long-term projections suggest gasoline could surge by $1.15. The increase will punish middle class and low income Californians and is a push to get people to buy electric vehicles (EV).

Minnesota: Mother Says Daughter Was Attacked at School Because ‘She Wasn’t Muslim’

Minnesota: The alleged attack took place on April 29, 2024 at Hidden Valley Elementary in the city of Savage, Minnesota. The victim’s mother, Shawna Larson, reported that a group of four Muslim girls struck her daughter in the face, dragged her to the ground by her hair, and continued punching and kicking her. The alleged aggressors reportedly threatened the victim if she fought back. Larson said, “I ended up learning … this was due to her race and her religion because she wasn’t Muslim.” Larson said she was also told by a teacher that the accused classmates said this was why they decided to beat her up. Larson believes the circumstances would be different if it were Christian students who attacked a Muslim student at an elementary school.

“This isn’t just happening to my daughter. This is happening to hundreds, thousands of kids all over the country, and it’s the lack of consequences kids have nowadays to their actions that is creating bigger issues in schools,” Larson claimed.
