The Supreme Court authorized the CFPB to be funded directly from the Federal Reserve, thereby circumventing the Appropriations Clause of the Constitution? That's weird because the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance reported, in 2020, that the CFPB's structure was determined, by the Supreme Court, to be unconstitutional.
