The notes were eye-bleed was 70% of the reason. I included Corps' notes out of respect at the top of my notes. Plus there isn't really any rules about it.
I turn it off while watching vids since on VPN I can't watch it on max resolution. Also I get security warnings all the time doing other stuff it's annoying. Also to check Truth Social. There are many reasons. Then when I turn it back on it doesn't maintain same ID. Maybe I should use another VPN after this one expires.
Trust me, I do my best to cooperate. I should be tilted 99% of the time. I'll remember this for future bakes. Otherwise I'll keep the notes the way they are for this bread since it's a lot of work this late in bread now.
I'll add this post to global baker section. I was on the fence either way. Don't mind an official rule on the matter so I don't have to think about this particular thing specifically.
