Together the min & sec (in order 1-59) created timestamps 59:01 01:59…
Confirmed by Q posts with those timestamps matched the last line.
Example 59:12 ([15]min 12 sec last line snap) Q post at 59:12 "Q HAND GESTURE WAT."
15:45 timestamp yielded "Special" line up matched""

And it appears the min/sec line up is a cipher like a cipher machine.
