DJT is consistent saying he will end Ukraine War in 24 hours from election day he always shifts his language to saying Day 1 I will ( insert promise).

1 is Commander In Chief duty and the other is Presidential Powers.

I listened carefully to his speech at NRA looking for a crack in his messaging. He was consistent and even firmer than usual. He , for some reason will be CiC after elections but not President on Nov 5.

SCOTUS ruled they were 2 different jobs.

DJT uses clear language. He talks of powers he intends to have within 24 hours of election V. powers he will have as of inauguration.

I cannot find supporting history to suggest the 2 are time separated other than the beginning with Washington.

My theories are as follows

Biden for whatever reason lost control of Military and they enacted some form of Continuity until next election.

DJT plans to challenge the BS Logan act validity and do it anyway.

I'm Nuckin Futz and it is perfectly normal for a Candidate to tell the World he is going to exercise military might 2 1/2 months before he has power to do so
