Baker, appreciate your many bakes.

All bakers have a different style, yours is extremely bare bones. And you also bake long shifts and multiple bakes. Again, that is appreciated.

But all bakers need to adapt somewhat to what anons request and other bakers recommend, including me. If I notice a repeated request, I try to respond to it.

You have multiple bakers asking for more complete notables which include anon digs. At minimum, to include one link for these expanded notes, which you do not wish to include.

Suggest more flexibility, no man is an island.

If you start your own board, can do things entirely your way. QR owner is me, but I can't just implement anything I want, have to respond to traditions of the existing board and anon/baker requests.

Strongly suggest including the link requested for other notables. Although having a discussion about this issue here or on Meta.

## Board Owner

TY baker.

Some gy breads are pretty thin when it comes to notes.

That said, bakers need to be receptive to what is nommed and to feedback from others.

>baker is hostile

When baking, neutrality is the best attitude. Baker is in leadership position while on duty. Not the right time to express personal opinions. Being receptive and willing to dialog works best for all concerned.

>sections

bakers can section their notes if they wish and sometimes do, as during rallies

requiring this is impractical - every bread is different, bakers sometimes pick up halfway thru, etc.

in the ideal world, we would have plenty of bakers, memers, diggers, admins, etc to deal with whatever arises.

In the real world, we do the best we can with what we have

We do a lot of good work on QR

Not easy to get along but it's the WORK that benefits when we can.

There are dire enemies out there whose ploys we try to expose.

Too much focus on board stuff takes away from that.

Appreciate what bakers and note collectors do more than I can say.

Let's work together to keep things smooth and the info free flowing.

we are the news

SHADILAY!

>baker is in leadership position while baking

Baker sets the tone for the bread when baking, collects notables, responds to anons, etc.

They therefore have influence in that bread, whether acknowledged or not.

"We are all equal" - as human beings, yes, but it's naive to think that baker is not in a leadership position.
