ok i'm just going to say it since no one posts in this thread anyway but honestly i would die to have an anon s/o.. ever since coming here i have zero attraction for anyone who's asleep and little patience to bring them up to speed
you can't make up for years of firsthand research with some secondhand explanations and conversations, and either i look crazy or they just feign interest but can't match my level of passion for it
just not the same.. this place has spoiled me with so many brilliant minds and no way to connect with any of them in real life where i WASTE away in loneliness
