Even 3 would be better than 1 and could go a long ways to minimize the damage that they have done to our society. A lawyer should never become a judge, there has to be separation of powers. In affect, the entire court is run by the state, even your own lawyer has to be approved by the state bar itself in order to practice law. So this money making scam has to be called out for what it is and corrected for the sake of our country.
