Digging on Snook after reading the Conservative Tree House article (link below). Noticed that he is/was also spokesman for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court

CITIZENSHIP IS NOW NOTHING BUT A STATE OF MIND if the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
18 U.S. Code § 611 - VOTING BY ALIENS
(a)It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless—
(1)the election is held partly for some other purpose;
(2)aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and
(3)voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(c)Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if—
(1)each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2)the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3)the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.

If Biden issues an Executive Order that could make illegal aliens BELIEVE they are citizens of the US, there would be massive confusion.
Illegal aliens may believe they have the right to vote as citizens of the US, and there would be no way to eliminate those votes from the tally after the vote took place - and, because they changed the 18 US Code to suit their plan, the alien votes would be considered legal.
What a nightmare.
TRUMP JUST CAME OUT OF COURT AND SAID TO THE MEDIA BIDEN IS RELEASING ANOTHER 1 MILLION BARRELS OF OIL FROM THE STRATEGIC RESERVE.
Current authorized storage capacity is 714 million barrels.
There is now 364.9 million barrels since Biden has been releasing oil to lower gas prices.
Now, Biden will be releasing another 1 million barrels.
That would leave only 264.9 barrels to use in case of emergency.

Biden releasing 1 million barrels of gasoline from Northeast reserve in bid to lower prices at pump

The Biden administration said Tuesday it is releasing 1 million barrels of gasoline from a Northeast reserve established after Superstorm Sandy in a bid to lower prices at the pump this summer.
The sale, from storage sites in New Jersey and Maine, will be allocated in increments of 100,000 barrels at a time. The approach will create a competitive bidding process that ensures gasoline can flow into local retailers ahead of the July 4 holiday and sold at competitive prices, the Energy Department said.
The move, which the department said is intended to help “lower costs for American families and consumers,″ follows a mandate from Congress to sell off the 10-year-old Northeast reserve and then close it. The language was included in a spending deal Congress approved in March to avert a partial government shutdown.
