Requesting a fly over regarding the neighbor to the south east of me to check for radiation being emitted from there. Yesterday they had am unusual 1-2 foot flame for about 2 hours, which could be masking a microwave coil. Right now they have strings of lights and one particularly large one. Do not know if they are just harassing or they might be up to something nefarious as last night me and my dog were both hit in the middle of the night which woke us up both simultaneously. I experienced severe leg cramps that felt like blood clots, as the dog became asphyxiated and had to be revived.
