The real question may not be "why is Hussein visiting Pres Sanchez, King Phelipe in Spain?" It may be "Why is Hussein meeting with Iván Duque, the new President of Colombia and author of the Orange Economy?"

During the election, Duque was rumored to have ties with Soros, there's been a lot of spoopy planefag reports from Colombia recently, and meeting outside of one's country lowers the visibility.

Also, anyone digging on Duque should also dig on the Advanced Leadership Foundation (ALF) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Plenty of connections and history there, many of which will overlap nicely into the current narrative. Obama, showing up for an ALF organized summit, is telling.

Some Inter-Americas Development Bank operations in Haiti:

I'm telling you, this is only partially about Phelipe, its more about Duque and Latin America.

"In the last month, Obama has had conversations with the Northern Trust bank, with the Cantor Fitzgerald bank, and with the private investment firm Carlyle Group. His foundation is financed generously by donations from Microsoft and from the electronics sector giant Exelon, both with contributions of more than a million dollars. Obama has already spoken at multiple Wall Street conferences, receiving around $400 thousand a time.

In São Paulo, Obama will participate in an event hosted by the economic journal Valor, from the O Globo group, sponsored by the Spanish bank Santander. Cynically, he says that he comes to ‘listen to youth leaders’. He’s not going to find any youth leaders there. For that, he’d have to turn up without bank sponsors; he’d have to go to the periphery of São Paulo and Buenos Aires. But with the sponsorship from the companies that finance his foundation, he comes more to seek new business opportunities for those same companies, particularly in the processes of privatisation that the Macri and Temer governments are putting into practice.

In Argentina, Obama will have a meeting with business leaders and, it has been announced, with Mauricio Macri. In Brazil, by contrast, he won’t dare to meet with Temer, who has the support of only 3 percent of the Brazilian people. He’ll have a meeting in Córdoba about the ‘green economy’, organised by the Advanced Leadership Foundation, which has its headquarters in Washington, with the support of the Inter-American Development Bank, the Organisation of American States, the Mediterranean Foundation and Boston Seguros."

Duque has made it known he sees his Orange Economy model as a platform exportable across Latin America. During his work with the IADB, he said as much. Obama & Co. taking interest in this, along with other relevant IADB / ALF historical connections to the larger dig, makes this important to explore.

Advanced Leadership Foundation example of fuckery. Here's the President of the Advisory Board (along with Michael Dukakis, etc.):

Mapa Group also has (amongst others) connections to the Center of American Progress, of which John Podesta sits on its Board.

I have to leave for a few breads, but I'm telling anons…there is dirt to be dug with the IADB / ALS / Mapa Group and all the way down to Duque and Colombia's role in Latin American social and economic policy.
