Haven't head of this, not a clue, sounds neat if it's true.
It could all be a beautiful lie, in the format delivered to me via my training, it made sense, questions asked were answered. That was a very long time ago inside a vault on a military base. It was foundational to our understanding of the 'electromagnetic spectrum' & how everything, especially the sun plays a part.
