Judicial Watch: Voicemail Recording Shows FBI and Secret Service Coordination on Raid of Trump’s Home

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it received a recording of a phone message left by an FBI special agent for someone at the Secret Service in the context of the raid on President Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida.

The August 11, 2022, recording says:

Yes, hi, this is Special Agent [redacted] from FBI [unintelligible]. We met on Monday [the day of the raid]. We have a couple of specific follow-up asks of you, um, so give me a call so we can discuss that. My number is [redacted]. Again, my name is [redacted]. Thanks, bye.

The recording was uncovered in an October 2022 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security for all communications of the U.S. Secret Service internally and with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding the raid on President Trump’s home and for any video or audio recordings made during the raid on August 8, 2022 (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:22-cv-03147)).

“This recording is real-time evidence of the Biden administration’s whole government operation to abuse Trump by raiding his home. Judicial Watch will continue to piece together the details of the conspiracy to launch an unprecedented and malicious raid on the home of Biden’s chief political opponent,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

Judicial Watch is in the forefront of the court battles for transparency regarding Biden administration’s targeting of Trump.

In March 2024, Judicial Watch sued the U.S. Department of Energy for records about the retroactive termination of former President Donald Trump’s security clearance and/or access to classified information.

In August 2023, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for records of the Archives’ role in President Trump’s White House records controversy; whether it offered Trump a secure storage location other than the National Archives; and if the Archives consulted with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence regarding the classification or declassification procedures of any of the alleged classified documents found at Trump’s Florida residence.

In June 2023, Judicial Watch obtained DOJ records that showed top officials of the National Security Division discussing the political implications of Trump allowing CNN to use closed-circuit TV (CCTV) footage of the raid on his Mar-a-Lago home. The documents confirmed thatthe Justice Department had asked that Mar-a-Lago CCTV be turned off before the raid.

A separate Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration resulted in the release of records about the unprecedented document dispute between Archives and President Trump. Click here or here to review the records.

In August 2022, Judicial Watch successfully sued to unseal the search warrant affidavit used to justify the unprecedented raid on the home of former President Trump.

In September 2022, Judicial Watch filed lawsuits against the DOJ for its records and the FBI’s records about the Mar-a-Lago raid search warrant application and approval, as well as communications about the warrant between the FBI, Executive Office of the President and the Secret Service.

Kremlin refutes mobilization rumors

A Financial Times report this week claimed that a second wave of mass recruitment in Russia will “inevitably” come later this year

Russia does not need another mobilization and has been signing up volunteers for contract service, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated, refuting a Financial Times report from Thursday claiming that such a new draft was being planned.

The FT claimed, citing several sources who spoke to the outlet, that in order to maintain momentum in the conflict and launch a new summer offensive, Moscow will need to mobilize more troops. According to one source, allegedly close to the Russian Defense Ministry, “by the end of this year, or early next year, a new partial mobilization wave will become inevitable.”

However Peskov told reporters on Saturday “It is unlikely that FT understands the real picture. I can only say that we are actively recruiting volunteers willing to serve on a contract basis, the process continues daily. And the president [Vladimir Putin] has said more than once that, according to our military, there is no need [for another mobilization].”

Last month, Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky also claimed that Russia was planning to mobilize an additional 300,000 troops by as early as June 1. To that, Peskov at the time simply responded “not true.”

Russia carried out a partial mobilization in September 2022, seven months into the conflict. This allowed 300,000 people, primarily those with previous military experience, to be called to duty. Following this, further recruitment was carried out on a voluntary basis.

In December, Putin said that Russia does not plan to announce a second mobilization, noting at the time that the inflow of volunteers had been exceeding expectations. In early April, the Defense Ministry said that more than 100,000 Russian citizens had volunteered for military service since the beginning of the year.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has been struggling to replenish the ranks of its army amid a series of setbacks in the conflict. Last month, Kiev adopted a new mobilization law that lowered the conscription age from 27 to 25, expanded the powers of enlistment officers, and introduced stricter penalties for draft dodgers. Earlier in May, a law was also passed allowing some prison inmates to be released on parole for joining the military in an effort to address critical shortages of manpower on the front line.

Russia proposes global space monitoring system

The early warning system would track both “natural and artificial” threats, Roscosmos boss Yuri Borisov told RT

Russia has floated the idea of creating a global space monitoring system to provide early warning about celestial threats, Yury Borisov, the head of Russian space agency Roscosmos, has revealed.

The proposal was made during a two-day summit of the space agency chiefs of the BRICS member states in Moscow, Borisov told RT on the sidelines of the event on Friday.

“The Russian proposal to create a global space monitoring system to determine threats, from both natural and artificial objects, has sparked genuine interest. We’re talking about protection from debris, asteroids,” the space boss explained.

The proposed system would not be limited to BRICS states only, as creating it would require the joint effort of many countries around the world, Borisov suggested.

“Such a system can be built only as a global system, since a lot of sensors are needed on the ground all around the globe, as well as space components to ensure reliability for decision making in case of close encounters with any dangerous objects,” he stressed.

The system would involve a “joint informational environment,” with participants contributing the readings from installations located in their countries and receiving in return access to the aggregated data from the whole project.

The system is an open one, we are not seeking to seclude ourselves. We will call upon all the nations that will deem it possible to participate to join the system, and we will accept them,” Borisov said.

The official also spoke about the summit itself, hailing the event as an important milestone for the group in the field of space cooperation. The BRICS member states are expected to adopt a joint declaration on the matter during the summit of leaders in September, Borisov revealed, a statement that will reaffirm the group’s commitment to peaceful exploration of space and rejection of it being militarized.

“Almost all the participants of our forum have already confirmed their commitment to making such a statement,” he added.

She makes a good point since the DOJ asked permission of Bidan & attorneys and coordinated the date and time andAllowed the Attorneys direct them and follow then around. In the Trump raid was unknown and the entire staff, SS and his attorneys were forced to stand outside in baking heat for hours.

There is nothing equal in history of how any president has been treated.

Oh yeah the FBI didn’t track the 300 boxes of Bidan’s stolen documents at UPenn and other places. And as VP he had no legal right to have them, so he could justifiably be charged with Treason, and he should still.

Judge Cannon knows.

Christian legal firm celebrates win as Chase scales back 'de-banking' policy

Fri, May 24, 2024 at 8:30 AM ED

A Christian law firm is applauding a major bank chain for rolling back one of its controversial policies that led to the de-banking of several conservative individuals and nonprofit organizations over the last few years.

JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the U.S., rolled back its WePay service that required merchants to refrain from accepting payments or using the service for activities related to "social risk issues," which the bank defined as anything "subject to allegation and impacts related to hate groups, systemic racism, sexual harassment and corporate culture."

The language was removed from the company's WePay terms of service, the Alliance for Defending Freedom (ADF) discovered this month.

"We support clients around the globe and in every state in the U.S., across industries, religions, and political affiliations," a JPMorgan Chase spokesperson told Fox News Digital in a statement on Thursday evening.

"Chase has used this policy to discriminate on the basis of viewpoint," ADF senior counsel Jeremy Tedesco told Fox News Digital in an interview. "The policy itself is a risk to every single person who uses WePay and Chase, the biggest bank in America."

"There's millions of people where it's a threat to them being denied or losing payment processing," Tedesco continued. "So, it is significant that they eliminated that policy. The next step we think for Chase is because they've been saying, 'we're firmly committed to not discriminating against people on their religious or political views,' in different documents. That statement, we want them to put in their forward-facing customer policies. That's the next step."

In recent years, Chase and other major banking chains have booted people from their services without much explanation. In one incident, Chase closed the account of the National Committee for Religious Freedom (NCRF), a political nonprofit, without explanation in 2022.

That same year,Chase abruptly terminated the account of former U.S. Ambassador Sam Brownback’s National Committee for Religious Freedomwithout providing a reason.

"Americans shouldn't have to fear that they can lose access to their bank accounts or payment processing because of their religious and political beliefs," Tedesco said. "And we think it's significant that Chase took this step."

Another incident in 2021 involvedWePay denying ticket-payment processing services for a Republican event hosted by a nonprofit organization, Defense of Liberty. The event featured Donald Trump, Jr., and WePay initially denied services by citing policies against providing services connected to "hate … racial intolerance … or items or activities that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others regarding the same."

At the time, JPMorgan Chase reversed the decision and said the group "didn’t violate the terms of service" after Missouri State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick called out the bank and warned that the state would reconsider doing business with the bank because of what he viewed as ideological discrimination.

To encourage private companies to uphold freedom of speech, ADF launched a Business Index that ranks companies based on their own policies.

More than 90% of businesses on the index rely "on divisive concepts like Critical Race Theory in its employee training materials," according to ADF. "A plurality (40%) of employees polled in the 2023 Freedom at Work Survey say this approach divides, rather than unites, colleagues, while the same number say they are less likely to trust others or feel included at work if they were told in a company-sponsored training that they were complicit in racism or oppression based on their skin color, religion, or sex."

Tedesco's group launched its most updated indexthis week.

Chase's rollback comes as, last month, a group of 15 financial officers representing 13 states issued a warning to Bank of America over its alleged practices of "politicized de-banking" targeting conservatives.

Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman will back Trump

“Our economic, immigration and foreign policies are taking the country in the wrong direction,” Schwarzman said.

May 24, 2024

Blackstone Group CEO Steve Schwarzman announced on Friday that he will back Donald Trump in the 2024 election, giving the former president the support of one of the biggest names on Wall Street.

Schwarzman, the billionaire co-founder and chair of the world’s largest private equity firm and a GOP megadonor, said in a statement that the “dramatic rise of antisemitism has led me to focus on the consequences of upcoming elections with greater urgency.”

Like many top Wall Street donors to Trump, Schwarzman distanced himself from the former president shortly after the 2020 election and subsequent attempts to overturn its results.

But Schwarzman says he now shares “the concern of most Americans that our economic, immigration and foreign policies are taking the country in the wrong direction.”

His decision to endorse Trump comes amid signs that some major donors to the former president are returning to the fold. Trump is also finding fresh support from leaders in the technology and financial industries.

Other billionaires, including oil and natural gas executiveHarold Hamm, Wall Street investor Nelson Peltz and hotel tycoon Robert Bigelow are also backing the former presidentafter previously issuing statements condemning his actions in the aftermath of the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.

Trump’s momentum with megadonors comes as President Joe Biden’s fundraising efforts have showed signs of sagging. Earlier this week, the Biden team reported that it brought in less money in April than Trump’s campaign says it raised alongside the Republican National Committee.

Biden still has support among members of the investor class that backed him in 2020, however. Even within Blackstone, the firm’s President and Chief Operating OfficerJon Grayis among the president’s top donors. The administration’s former ambassador to Israel,Tom Nides,is now the firm’s vice chair.

Meanwhile, Trump’s courting of high-dollar donors has sparked an investigation by Senate Democrats, who are seeking information on any promises that may have been extracted at a dinner where the former president sought $1 billion in campaign donations from oil industry executives.

Kaboom — Billionaire Stephen Schwarzman announces he will back President Trump. One of Wall Street’s biggest names is back on Team Trump.
