Drugs dealers should be charged with breaking laws, but if they start being charged for murder when the dead person voluntarily put dope down their own neck (or in their nose, lungs, arms) wouldn't that be the same as charging a gun manufacturer for murder?
Dope dealer didn't make the dead person do the drug; dealer justvput it out there. It's the dead person's fault that they're dead.
