Too, worked a treat, now the avi files are in a useable format. These files are still 1.5gig (3 hr vidya): I am going to rewatch, but there are some pertinent points.
Is there any open source video editing, I need to take 5min snippets from a 3hr long video.
The vids are from 1999/2000 so quality is vhs comparable.
