It all depends on how the case is presented to the court. Or, if they even decide to hear the case. They have precedent to consider.

My opinion is they wont overtur, but may set limits.

Disagree, anon. Reason being is that she has already said in previous hearings that she would consider precedent.

The Court rules on the constitutionality of a case, not personal feelz. To do so would be exactly what we accuse the left leaning judges of doing.
