I found this neat article breaking down why Debbie Wasserman-Shultz can absolutely not possibly be the daughter of Diana Wasserman-Rubin, and Richard Rubin. So therefore, she must be the daughter of Richard Rubin.

It's worth noting that there appears to be some interesting grouping of notable Rubins around Broward County in Miami, where Diana Wasserman-Rubin was in the Broward County Commission, until her removal via indictment on her and Richard Rubin.

The Rubins at the time were located in Broward, which is one of the three counties that make up Miami.

Another notable family of Rubins who were in the Broward area was Robert Rubin, where on Wikipedia is mentioned "The Rubins were long time members of Temple Beth Shalom on Miami Beach.[10] "

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Rubin

Robert Rubin was director and senior counselor of Citigroup, as chairman of Citigroup, founder of The Hamilton Project, co-chairman emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations, member of the Africa Progress Panel (APP), among being Clinton's Secretary of Treasury, and the First ever Director of the National Economic Council under clinton.

"The Rubins have two grown sons, James ("Jamie") Rubin (not to be confused with the former diplomat and journalist James Rubin who served under President Clinton), and Philip Rubin."

So we've got one of the dirtiest guys ever, basically.

That sketchy and extremely powerful man, lives in the same area as Richard Rubin and Diana Wasserman Shultz, is Jewish like Debbie Wasserman-Shultz, has the same name as the accused parents, has devoted to a career identical to DWS goals, while all of the characters are also residing and governing in Broward County. It is likely DWS interacted with Diana Wasserman Rubin, as they both worked in Broward government at the same time. And the greatest thing here is that most are all indebted to Clinton in one way or another.

She certainly does not appear to be who she says she is.
