Those polls will be meaningless. The Democratic Party is going to file lawsuits in all 50 states to get Trump removed from the ballot. Most states will do this, leaving Trump mostly unelectable.
It will be much different with a felony conviction. Trump could also be stripped of his SS detail, by the White House.
