most of it is rage bait at this point. Get people riled up to the point of acting. Depends of course the person saying it and the context.
the flip side of this is people do need to get pissed off enough and hurt enough suffer enough in order to say something is fucked up. Too much people explode and will act out too little people will be complacent and never do fuck all.
