As soon as you start paying someone to make memes or make it feel like work, the magic is lost.
Same thing with startup companies. The magic is in the struggle and being broke. Then when the company starts making billions they usually crash and burn unless the CEO and other higher ups remember this struggle and remain humble.
I think that's why Greedy people end up looking like Jews.
Elon is pretty humble. Slept in his office for years and in a tent on the roof of the Tesla building. Trump is humble in that he loves talking to just regular people even though he grew up as a Billionaire.
