Get out of MY court? It is not his court, he didn't pay for it all, it belongs to "We The People of NYS". He is now guilty of "Fraud" and "Bias".
Bias. The predisposition of a judge, arbitrator, prospective juror, or anyone making a judicial decision, against or in favor of one of the parties or a class of persons. This can be shown by remarks, decisions contrary to fact, reason or law, or other unfair conduct.

The verdict must be unanimous, meaning every juror must agree on the verdict. If they can't all agree, this is called a hung jury, and the Judge will have to declare a mistrial.Mar 28, 2022
