He showed he was a pathological liar. Merchan acted more as a prosecutor than a judge. He overruled defense objections almost 10X more than he overruled prosecution's. And he wouldn't allow Cohen's first attorney to speak. In fact, Merchan through a huge tantrum screaming: Get out of MY court. Main thing though, is I know so many people who say: this is the time for people to straighten up their acts. They know.
