While I know this is a show and Trumps not going to jail, is the constitution relevant? It should be, but the government has been ignoring it for a LONG time. The Supreme Court and therefore every court below it is lawless. Politicians are lawless. Law enforcement is lawless. The constitution means something to us, or more accurately what it talks about, but to those in the courts, in law enforcement, in politics etc it doesn't mean a damn thing.
BOTH "sides" break the law. Our government is lawless. The left wing and the right wing both belong to the same bird.
