Everyone is saying it won't be appealed till after the election, can't Trump possibly get an expedited appeal in NYC? Being that Trump is a presidential candidate, and is campaigning, seems this case would definitely be a case to be made to speed it up.
Yes I realize they will try, my question is more to wether or not it would be possible at all in any criminal appeal, as per my understanding, should the court choose to take it up, they could render a decision quickly. Only curious if that's possible;e, because would be a badass turn of events should it be overturned prior to people voting.
