I am sure that when this is all done any mistakes will be rectified but consider that most likely that all these things that you point out is just a sign of not having the best systematic approach and resources such as experts, time, and computer systems to refine the job in a fine grain manner. All this stuff takes a lot including creating a good website/app. I have seen systems that dump things to a text file or spreadsheet on the backend instead of a database with triggers into code-bases, which when a human has to intervene in a process, the likelihood of errors goes up exponentially.
