I feel for you.
I watched doc on mms, I don’t have half the problems you have, but have just completed 2nd week of this. I’ve had an alcoholic fatty liver for 15 years, it wouldn’t shift until I tried this, my gut now is visibly decreased in size and now I’m back to 11 stone from 15 stone.
I’m not saying by any means this will fix ya, but it may help. Worth the watch about 60mins.
Your body is 60% water, so why not purify the water in your body.
